History of Chiltern Publishing

Chiltern Publishing is a British publisher founded in 2018. The company produces beautiful hardcover editions of literary classics. The Peacock Edition of Jane Austens Pride and Prejudice was the inspiration for their many designs. All books are provided with a sturdy hardcover with texturized illustrations. The designs of the illustrations are based on the story of the books, giving a diverse range of products that make for a great collection. In order to provide an authentic reading experience, Chiltern offers books in the size that was customary in the 19th century, which could be described as pocket-sized. All books, with the exception of Charles Dickens Great Expectations have a lint bookmark. With its pages gilded, Chiltern Publishing offers books of 19th century quality with the use of 21st century technology. 

Products of Chiltern Publishing 

Chiltern offers classic titles that have stood the test of time. The great works of Charles Dickens, or the profound writings of The Brontë Sisters. Books of modern authors are also offered, like George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four or Animal Farm. Books that were published with illustrations have the original images in them, like Dickens' A Christmas Carol or The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Expury.
