"Zu diesen Vorteilen kommt hinzu, dass das Bier, das in Hildesheim gebraut wird, sowohl aus Weizen als auch aus Gerste, in seiner Art nicht ungesund, nicht unlieblich und dem Gaumen nicht unangenehm ist."Mokers "Hyldesia" ist nun erstmals vollständig in deutscher Übersetzung zugänglich. Das Buch sei eine Festgabe für das Hildesheimer Gymnasium Andreanum zu seiner 800-Jahr-Feier 2024/2025.
