Description

A compelling leadership guide for bringing applied Servant Leadership into a High Purpose context.

My leadership research and life experience have taught me that servant leadership is the best way to lead—because leaders who serve first and lead second achieve both great relationships and great results. Servant leadership has become a movement not only in this country but also around the world. House on Fire will show you practical servant leader actions you can take to become a better leader as well as the heart reasons behind those actions.
— Ken Blanchard, co-author of The New One Minute Manager® and Servant Leadership in Action
