Andreas Dvöák holds a doctorate in engineering and has worked in an executive position in a technology company for many years. He is fascinated by people and their behavior, but also by complex systems and societies. Influencing these in an optimal way poses an interesting challenge for him.Andreas, born in 1960 in Karl-Marx-Stadt (now Chemnitz), has lived and worked in the Rhine-Neckar region for over 30 years. He has experienced two different social systems and the effects on people's thoughts and actions. These experiences combined with optimistic realism and the will to positively influence developments led to an idea for shaping the future.
