Over the past two decades, Szòstek has worked with some of the world’s largest brands, such as Google, Microsoft, Philips, Canon, Samsung, Santander, Ey, Orange, and many more. By combining business, technology, and design, she brings an experience-focused strategic approach to project teams and boardrooms. Additionally, she directly mentors executives and leaders in order to help them take a strategic approach to change. Alongside consulting, Szòstek designs tools that facilitate professional and personal transformation. She is also the founding partner of the World Experience Organization and the author of The Umami Strategy: stand out by mixing business with experience design.
