Shipping costs and delivery times

All orders for the Netherlands and Belgium are free of shipment charges from € 15,00  onwards. For orders below € 15,00 (binnen Nederland en België) you pay a fee of € 2,90 for shipment. 

For delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium buiten Nederland en België the prices are:

• Within Europe (including UK): €20 for each order.
• Outside Europe: €30 or each order.

It depends on the article you order. We deliver directly from our store as from one of our suppliers. And we also deliver articles on order. For these we work with separate delivery times. Delivery times en stock information are available on the detailpage of the product.

• Most Dutch books will be send directly from our supplier: Ordered on working days before 23h, dispatched the same day.
• Voor books and gift items dispatched from our shop: Ordered on working days before 16h, dispatched the same day.
• Most non-dutch books not in stock in our shop it depends on the supplier how long it takes to get to you.
• Your gifts will be wrapped for free. Keep in mind that it could mean a longer delivery time, because al wrapped orders will travel to you from our shop.

The delivery times mentioned on our website are for the Netherlands. For deliveries outside of the Netherlands divergent delivery times are possible.

Certainly. If the article is in stock in our shop in Rotterdam, you'll receive a message that you can collect it the same day.

On the detailpage of the product there is a message In stock in our store. Click & Collect possible during openings hours. We do our best to have an accurate stock info. Unfortunately it is not possible to get a 100% guarantee. The last item might be sold the moment you order.

Products which are not in stock will be ordered for you. We send you a message as soon as the order is available.

If you collect your order, you can choose to pay online in advance or pay in the shop.
