Description
Quirky and fun story about a family of vegetarian tigers who have to use all their ingenuity to save their forest home from the bulldozers. Richard E Grant narrates the first book in the Tigeropolis series.
" I so much enjoyed Tigeropolis. It was so lively and imaginative. Such fun to read. I will certainly be giving it to my grandchildren for Christmas" Stanley Johnston - Environmentalist, Politician and Writer
R.D. Dikstra was born and brought up in Scotland. He became interested in wildlife and conservation after spending two weeks whale watching in Alaska. In the late 90's he helped set up a travel company taking small groups to see some of the world's most threatened species. He first saw a tiger in 2009. He felt that whilst these magnificent creatures are under considerable threat it was not all doom and gloom and sought to tell a story that might introduce children to conservation in a fun and idiosyncratic way.
