He is a Judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an Honorary Bencher of Lincoln's Inn, and an Academic Associate of Chambers, 39 Essex Street, London. He has contributed to and edited a number of legal publications, including the first edition of English Public Law (OUP, 2004) and the second edition of Civil Liberties and Human Rights in England and Wales (OUP, 2002).
