A purse that's a pig? A pouch that's a penguin? A pillow that's a lizard? Who could resist these cuddly creatures - especially when they are so quick and easy to make! This volume shows you how to turn simple squares of fabric into crazy creatures to carry what you want. It also shows you how to use the basic patterns to create various creatures.
Mary Link spent one summer of her childhood crazily sewing her own stuffed animals. Together with her friend Amy, she destroyed many yards of fabric in the quest to make every critter imaginable. When they ran out of stuffing, they used paper towels and toilet paper. Rumor has it that there are still yards of fabric at her childhood home filled with squirrel-shaped cut-outs. Mary is an educator, artist, wife, and mom. She lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, with her family.
