Paul E. Bugas, Jr., is a fisheries manager with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Corbin D. Hilling is a graduate student at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Val Kells is a coauthor and illustrator of A Field Guide to Coastal Fishes: From Maine to Texas and A Field Guide to Coastal Fishes: From Alaska to California. She is the illustrator of Tunas and Billfishes of the World. Michael J. Pinder is an aquatic biologist with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Derek A.
