Gillian Higgins has been practicing as a war crimes barrister for the past 20 years. She is the founder of Practical Meditation, a website which aims to share mindfulness in a way that "works for you". She has pioneered work in the field of mindfulness amongst her own professionals - barristers, legal students and clerks and is building her reputation as a leader in this field.
