Melanie A. DiLoreto earned her Ph.D. in educational research, evaluation, statistics, and assessment from the University of Southern Mississippi. She holds a master's degree in educational leadership/school curriculum development and a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Dr. DiLoreto, a faculty member of teacher education at The University of West Florida, teaches courses in educational assessment, testing and measurement, program evaluation, research design, applied statistics, curriculum development, and advanced data analyses. Her research interests include various methodological approaches to investigating facets of educational assessment and student engagement in multiple learning environments.
