What I love about this cookbook is that it really does show how amazing chickens are and how much we rely on them for cooking, baking and eating. It covers a vast array of ideas, from simple soups and salads to pies, pasta and rice dishes - and there are some great ideas for making a little go a long way.

In 2012, the boys shed more than six stone between them on the TV show The Hairy Dieters: How to Love Food and Lose Weight and launched a publishing phenomenon. They have also published an acclaimed autobiography, Blood, Sweat & Tyres.
