This book investigates Atheism and Theism’s impact on modern fantasy fiction. A newly-created form of conditional genre metric underpins the analysis. The results frame specific Theist and Atheist modes of thought and their effect on the respective narratologies, from plot methodology down to the creation of specific stylistic devices.
Daniel Scott studied English and Philosophy at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, where he has since taught courses in English and American Studies.
