He received his doctorate from the University of South Africa, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and the Chartered Management Institute, UK.Lelokwane L. Mokgalo is the Programme Leader for Tourism Studies in the School of Business and Leisure at the Botswana Accountancy College. Prior to this, he was Lecturer in Tourism Studies at the University of Botswana. He has published widely in the areas of sustainable tourism, tourism operations and strategy, travel and tourism marketing. Tsitsi Chipfuva is Head of Portfolio for Destination Management in the School of Business and Leisure at the Botswana Accountancy College. She was formerly Lecturer of Hospitality and Tourism at the Chinhoyi University of Technology, Zimbabwe, and at the University of Botswana. She has published widely in her specialist fields.
