Description
Bovine omasal laminae was made acellular by using anionic detergents.in phase I decellularisation of bovine laminae was done and phase II decellularised omasal laminae used for repair of thickness wounds in rats. After comparison,neovascularisation, fibroplasia, epithelisation and best arranged collagen fibers arranged in decellularised bovine omasal group as compare to control group and commercially used collagen fibres.
I, Dr. Priya Singh did BVSc & AH from Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Jabalpur (M.P.) in the year 2014. (OGPA- 8.1) while my MVSc was completed in the year 2016 from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar Bareilly (UP) with the 8.59 OGPA.
