His most recent books are Development Economics: A Critical Introduction (2019) and A Microcredit Alternative in South Asia (with Natasha Ansari, 2018), also published by Routledge and Spontaneous and Induced Collective Action in Pakistani Rural Development (with Shaheen Rafi Khan, 2021).
