Lehmann is a Professor of Management and Organization at the University of Augsburg (Germany) and Director of the CisAlpino Institute of Comparative Studies in Europe (CCSE), a joint venture of the University of Augsburg (Germany) and the University of Bergamo (Italy). Max Keilbach is a renowned economic researcher in the areas of entrepreneurship and innovation. Formally a senior researcher at both the Max Planck Institute of Economics (Entrepreneurship, Growth and Public Policy Group) and the Department of Industrial Economics at the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW), he has published extensively on topics relating to regional clusters, knowledge spillovers and the impact of public policy on economic growth, among others.
