Kumarashwaran Vadevelu is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Administration & Justice at the University of Malaya. He holds a PhD from the University of Malaya and specializes in social work, marginalized populations, LGBT, HIV/AIDS, social justice, and human rights. He is an active advocate for social justice and has conducted extensive research on the experiences of marginalized groups in Malaysia. His work has been published in leading academic journals and he has presented his research at international conferences. Dr. Vadevelu is also a Project Leader for several research projects on social work and marginalized populations. He is a passionate researcher and educator who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of marginalized groups in Malaysia. Zulkarnain A. Hatta , PhD (DSW, USA). is a Professor and the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Lincoln University College. He holds a PhD in Social Work from Walden University, USA, and has extensive experience in teaching, research, and social work practice. His areas of expertise include social policy, social work education, and community development. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Social Work and Community Development Mahfuz Ashraf is a highly accomplished academic and leader in the fields of Business, Information Systems, and Information Technology. With over 20 years of experience in academia, he has established himself as a respected scholar and influencer in the educational sector. His expertise has been instrumental in providing high-level input and commentary on major educational and strategic issues, as well as formulating and revising academic policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the quality of teaching and scholarly activity. Dr. Mahfuz is a prolific author with over 50 publications in top-tier academic journals and conference proceedings that have been cited over 700 times.
