Hung Phu Bui holds a Ph.D in English Language Education. He is now a researcher lecturer at School of Foreign Languages, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He has edited and authored many books on language teaching and linguistics and has been invited to make plenary and keynote talks at many international conferences. His research interests include applying cognitive linguistics in second language teaching, sociocultural theory, and L2 classroom assessment. Cuong Huy Nguyen serves as Dean of School of Languages, International University, Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City. He earned a master’s degree in TESOL from Canberra University in 2007 and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Michigan State University in 2017. His primary research interests include self-directed and socioemotional language learning.
