Her research focuses on nonhuman animals in management and organization, emotions, multispecies methods, crystallization, critical and human-animal studies, animal voice, and ethics. She has published on these topics in Work, Employment and Society, Journal in Organizational Ethnography, Management Learning, and Journal of Business Ethics. Lindsay Hamilton is Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of York, UK. Her interests include human-animal interactions, organizations, and multispecies ethnography. She has published in journals such as New Technology, Work and Employment, Management Learning and Organization and has written two books: Animals at Work (2013) and Ethnography after Humanism (2017), both with Nik Taylor.
