Dominique J. Monlezun, MD, PhD, PhD, MPH, is a physician-data scientist and bioethicist. He serves as a Professor of Bioethics for two United Nations-affiliated universities in Italy and Mexico, Professor of Cardiology at two US-based academic medical centers, Research Scholar for the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and Human Rights, and Principal Investigator and Senior Data Scientist for over 30 biomedical research studies, including with Harvard University, the National Institutes of Health, and the European Union among others. Following his MD, he earned his first PhD in AI-based global health management and policy, and his second PhD in AI global bioethics (and was recognized by Microsoft as writing the world's top dissertation in the field). He has authored over 300 peer-reviewed manuscripts and conference abstracts, and four books, including the first publication on the comprehensive global AI ethics of nanotechnology and genetic engineering.
