Laurent Pinchard, Ph.D. (Lampeter), is Lecturer in New Testament, Textual Criticism and Ancient Languages (Greek, Coptic) at the Institut Catholique de Paris ('Theologicum') and the Institut Catholique de Toulouse. He has published articles in peer-to-peer journals on text critical features of the so-called 'Western' text of the Gospels, esp. in Codex Bezae, and collaborates on works dealing with textual criticism of the New Testament. J.K Elliott, D.Phil. (Oxford, Bangor) is Emeritus Professor of New Testament textual criticism at the University of Leeds (UK). He regularly writes for major publishers and journals on textual criticism and the apocryphal New Testament. He serves on the editorial board of Filologia Neotestamentaria (Cordoba) and was the Book Reviews Editor of Novum Testamentum for more than thirty years.
