Description

With ever-increasing competitive pressures, the need to reduce the time-to-value (or time-to-bail) of a “Big Idea” has never been greater. The focus of this book is describing the Digital Office Complex and the accompanying digital teaming and governing capabilities needed to reengineer vision delivery.

Brad Jackson is co-founder/CEO of cordin8, llc. He has spent over thirty-five years researching, designing, and developing collaborative technology solutions and creating “digital teaming and governing” practices to improve organizational performance. The company’s enterprise teaming platform, cordin8, is based on his vision of the Digital Office Complex. He has implemented these technologies to support teamwork for global clients in oil & gas, insurance, consulting, and telecommunications. He serves on the board of the University of Arkansas Academy of Computer Science and Computer Engineering and was recently honored as a distinguished alumnus in the College of Engineering at the University of Arkansas. Mr. Jackson holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Houston.

Gary Richardson retired from the University of Houston, College of Technology graduate project management program as the PMI Houston Endowed Professor. He produced six professional texts on the topic area of project management. Gary earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech, an AFIT post-graduate program in Meteorology at the University of Texas, an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Alaska, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
