Sule Emmanuel Egya is Professor of African Literature and Cultural Studies and the Director of the Centre for Arts and Indigenous Studies at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, Nigeria. Michael Elliott is a lecturer at King's College, London, and research associate of the NRF/British Academy Chair in Political Theory at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg Steven Friedman is Research Professor associated with the Department of Politics in the Humanities Faculty, University of Johannesburg. He is a political scientist who specialises in the study of democracy; a public commentator; newspaper columnist and a former trade unionist. Amber Murrey is Associate Professor of Political Geography at the University of Oxford. Paul Patton is Hongyi Chair Professor of Philosophy at Wuhan University.
