Actividades Biológicas do Complexo de Ácido Glicirrízico de Nanopartículas de Prata
Os complexos de nanopartículas de prata com ácido glicirrízico foram preparados por dois métodos - um através da complexação de nanopartículas de prata pré-sintetizada com ácido glicirrízico e o segundo através da redução do nitrato de prata com ácido glicirrízico. Os complexos preparados foram caracterizados pela obtenção de análise por Difracção de Raios X e microscopia electrónica de Scanning e analisados para actividades antioxidantes e anti-inflamatórias. Os complexos possuíam uma actividade antioxidante e anti-inflamatória mais elevada do que o ácido glicirrízico. Os complexos foram encontrados como não tóxicos em ratos albinos suíços quando administrados oralmente durante 14 dias.

I complessi di nanoparticelle d'argento dell'acido glicirrizico sono stati preparati con due metodi - uno complessando nanoparticelle d'argento pre-sintetizzate con acido glicirrizico e il secondo riducendo il nitrato d'argento con acido glicirrizico. I complessi preparati sono stati caratterizzati mediante analisi di diffrazione dei raggi X e microscopia elettronica a scansione e analizzati per le attività antiossidanti e antinfiammatorie. I complessi possedevano un'attività antiossidante e antinfiammatoria più avanzata rispetto all'acido glicirrizico. I complessi sono risultati non tossici nei topi albini svizzeri quando somministrati per via orale per 14 giorni.

Activités biologiques d'un complexe de nanoparticules d'argent et d'acide glycyrrhizique
Des complexes de nanoparticules d'argent et d'acide glycyrrhizique ont été préparés par deux méthodes : la première consiste à complexer des nanoparticules d'argent présynthétisées avec de l'acide glycyrrhizique et la seconde à réduire le nitrate d'argent avec de l'acide glycyrrhizique. Les complexes préparés ont été caractérisés par une analyse par diffraction des rayons X et par microscopie électronique à balayage, et analysés pour leurs activités antioxydantes et anti-inflammatoires. Les complexes se sont révélés non toxiques pour les souris albinos suisses lorsqu'ils ont été administrés par voie orale pendant 14 jours.

Biologische Aktivitäten des Silbernanopartikel-Glycyrrhizinsäure-Komplexes
Silbernanopartikel-Komplexe von Glycyrrhizinsäure wurden mit zwei Methoden hergestellt - zum einen durch Komplexierung von vor-synthetisierten Silbernanopartikeln mit Glycyrrhizinsäure und zum anderen durch Reduktion von Silbernitrat mit Glycyrrhizinsäure. Die hergestellten Komplexe wurden durch Röntgenbeugungsanalyse und Rasterelektronenmikroskopie charakterisiert und auf ihre antioxidative und entzündungshemmende Wirkung hin untersucht, wobei die Komplexe eine stärkere antioxidative und entzündungshemmende Wirkung besaßen als Glycyrrhizinsäure. Die Komplexe erwiesen sich bei 14-tägiger oraler Verabreichung an Schweizer Albinomäuse als ungiftig.

Los complejos preparados se caracterizaron mediante análisis de difracción de rayos X y microscopía electrónica de barrido y se analizaron para determinar su actividad antioxidante y antiinflamatoria. Los complejos resultaron no ser tóxicos en ratones albinos suizos cuando se administraron por vía oral durante 14 días.
