Annie Ernaux

The Swedish Acadamy awarded Annie Ernaux with the Nobel Prize of Literature on October 6th 2022. The jury cited her sharp social commentary and honesty as the most important reasons. Ernaux is famous for writng novels with autobiographical elements. Her books were originally written in French, but are available in multiple languages due to popular demand.
