Afterword
Afterword: Living Fullness - Where Nothing Is Missing follows the quiet movement that remains once urgency has softened and familiar structures have loosened. Written from within the lived passage itself, these pages trace a slow descent into destabilization, the gradual return of contact, and the subtle reorganization that follows-not as a path or achievement, but as what simply unfolds when the body is allowed to lead. There is no method here. No technique to master. No final state to reach. The writing stays close to breath, sensation, and ordinary presence as identity thins, narrative falls quiet, and life begins to move without the old bracing. What had been carried falls away in its own time. What remains is not dramatic. It is ordinary. It is enough. The book moves through personal record, somatic grounding, and wider reflections on coherence, returning always to the same quiet ground: breath continues, the body stays, awareness remains available. Nothing is missing. This is not a beginning, nor an arrival. It is what follows-when the grip loosens and life is lived more directly, more simply, without needing to be held together by effort or explanation.

The 2010 Colorado Rapids season was the fifteenth year and season of the club's existence. It was Colorado's fifteenth year in Major League Soccer, and the sixth-consecutive year for the club in the top-flight of American soccer. Following a disappointing ninth-place finish in the regular season, head coach Gary Smith began to revamp and overhaul the roster, making numerous inexpensive moves to sign low-key MLS players. The Rapids were able to improve slightly better in the MLS regular season, finishing in seventh place. In the MLS Cup playoffs, the team started to gel. Colorado defeat Columbus and then San Jose before defeating Dallas for their first MLS Cup title. Their win has received heavy criticism, however.
