Jiang Chen is a Chinese football player, who plays as a striker for Tianjin Teda F.C. in the Chinese Super League. On May 6, 2004 he made his professional debut, coming on as a substitute in the 80th minute for Sichuan Guancheng against Qingdao Hailifeng in the Chinese FA Cup. On January 27, 2006 Sichuan Guancheng was disbanded and consequently, on July 5, Jiang moved to Tianjin Teda. On August 5, 2009 he joined A-League side Wellington Phoenix on a season-long loan deal after trialling with the team.
