    Este estudio pretende investigar el impacto del Marketing Interno (MI) en la Calidad de Servicio Interno (CSI) en una empresa farmacéutica egipcia. Para lograr los objetivos del estudio se ha elaborado un cuestionario para medir las variables que pueden tener una influencia directa en la calidad del servicio interno. Se distribuyeron 120 cuestionarios entre una muestra de empleados de la empresa farmacéutica egipcia. Se recogieron cien cuestionarios con un 83% de respuestas de los empleados de la empresa. Este libro, que incluye 12 hipótesis, pretendía evaluar el efecto del marketing interno (MI) en la calidad del servicio interno (CSI) de la empresa farmacéutica egipcia. Los resultados de las hipótesis de investigación y los análisis realizados mediante un modelo de regresión simple indican que el marketing interno (MI) y todas sus dimensiones (Comunicación, Alineación de Objetivos, Recompensas y Reconocimiento, Formación, Apoyo de la Dirección, Políticas y Procedimientos, Lealtad, Satisfacción en el Trabajo, Desempeño de los Empleados, Entorno de Trabajo Saludable, y Selección y Contratación) son eficaces en la calidad del servicio interno (ISQ) de la Compañía Farmacéutica Egipcia y esta relación es significativa y directa.

    The focus of this book is to consider ceramics used in biomedical applications, now generally referred to as bioceramics and their applications in the repair and reconstruction of diseased or damaged body parts. Per realizzare gli obiettivi dello studio è stato sviluppato un questionario per misurare le variabili che possono avere un'influenza diretta sulla qualità del servizio interno. 120 questionari sono stati distribuiti su un campione di dipendenti dell'azienda farmaceutica egiziana. Sono stati raccolti cento questionari con l'83% di risposte da parte dei dipendenti dell'azienda. Questo libro che include 12 ipotesi ha cercato di valutare l'effetto del marketing interno (IM) sulla qualità del servizio interno (ISQ) della Società Farmaceutica Egiziana. I risultati delle ipotesi di ricerca e le analisi effettuate utilizzando il modello di regressione semplice indicano che il marketing interno (IM) e tutte le sue dimensioni (comunicazione, allineamento degli obiettivi, premi e riconoscimenti, formazione, supporto alla gestione, politiche e procedure, lealtà, soddisfazione del lavoro, prestazioni dei dipendenti, ambiente di lavoro sano, e selezione e reclutamento) sono efficaci sulla qualità del servizio interno (ISQ) dell'azienda farmaceutica egiziana e questa relazione è significativa e diretta.

Um die Ziele der Studie zu erreichen, wurde ein Fragebogen entwickelt, um die Variablen zu messen, die einen direkten Einfluss auf die interne Servicequalität haben können. 120 Fragebögen wurden an eine Stichprobe von Mitarbeitern eines ägyptischen Pharmaunternehmens verteilt. Es wurden einhundert Fragebögen gesammelt, die zu 83 % von den Mitarbeitern des Unternehmens beantwortet wurden. In diesem Buch wurden 12 Hypothesen aufgestellt, um die Auswirkungen des internen Marketings (IM) auf die interne Dienstleistungsqualität (ISQ) des ägyptischen Pharmaunternehmens zu untersuchen. Die Ergebnisse der Forschungshypothesen und der Analysen, die mit Hilfe eines einfachen Regressionsmodells durchgeführt wurden, zeigen, dass das interne Marketing (IM) und alle seine Dimensionen (Kommunikation, Zielorientierung, Belohnung und Anerkennung, Schulung, Unterstützung durch das Management, Richtlinien und Verfahren, Loyalität, Arbeitszufriedenheit, Leistung der Mitarbeiter, gesundes Arbeitsumfeld sowie Auswahl und Rekrutierung) sich auf die interne Servicequalität (ISQ) des ägyptischen Pharmaunternehmens auswirken und diese Beziehung signifikant und direkt ist.
