Paul Robinson is a fictional character from the Australian Network Ten soap opera Neighbours, a long-running serial drama about social life in the fictional Melbourne suburb of Erinsborough. He is played by Stefan Dennis. Paul debuted in the serial's first episode in 1985 and appeared on a regular basis until 1992 when Dennis quit the serial to pursue other projects. Dennis briefly reprised the role in 1993. Dennis returned to Neighbours full time in 2004. He later said it had been a mistake to leave the series. Paul was created by producer Reg Watson as one of Neighbours' original characters. He made his debut in the soap's first episode on 18 March 1985 and is the only original character still featured in current episodes.

He turned professional in 2002, spent time on loan to Vauxhall Motors of the Northern Premier League, and scored well in youth and reserve team football, but in August 2003 was allowed to join Football League Two club York City on a two-game trial with a view to a possible loan or permanent move. An ankle injury cut short the trial and the player returned to Prenton Park.

Paul Harvey Robinson (born December 19, 1944 in Tucson, Arizona) is a former professional American football running back for two seasons in the American Football League and five seasons in the National Football League. Paul Robinson played only one year at the University of Arizona, but in his first year as a professional, he gained 1,023 yards rushing and scored eight touchdowns. He was the second man to gain over 1,000 yards in his first year in professional football in the U.S., the other being Cookie Gilchrist. He was named to the 1968 and 1969 AFL All-Star Team and led the 1968 Western AFL All-Star team to victory over the Eastern All-Stars. He was the 1968 United Press International and Sporting News AFL Rookie of the Year.

Robinson is a much-travelled player, having featured for no fewer than a dozen teams in his career. Due to his frequent moving, he has only passed thirty league appearances for one club, during his time with Hartlepool United.Robinson was born in Sunderland and began his career as a trainee with Darlington, making his debut, as a late substitute for Robbie Blake in a 4-1 win away to Runcorn in the FA Cup first round on 16 November 1996. His league debut came a week later, this time as a second-half substitute for Glenn Naylor in a 3-2 defeat away to Scunthorpe United. He played once more that season and was a regular substitute the following campaign.

The biggest change over the 2008 close season has been the departure of former manager Mark Hughes, and the arrival of his successor Paul Ince. However, after a terrible start to the campaign, Ince himself left the club. Paul was succeeded by Sam Allardyce. Blackburn Rovers Football Club is an English Premier League football club based in the town of Blackburn, Lancashire. The club was established in 1875, becoming a founding member of The Football League in 1888. It is one of only three clubs to have been both a founder member of the Football League and the Premier League (the others being Aston Villa and Everton). In 1890 Rovers moved to its permanent home at Ewood Park. Prior to the formation of the Premier League in 1992, most of the club's successes were before 1930, when it had gained league and FA Cup trophies on several occasions. Relegation in 1966 was followed by 26 successive seasons of football outside the top flight.
