Juliette Commagere

Juliette Commagere is a Los Angeles based singer/songwriter whom previously worked with the band Hello Stranger and The Bird and the Bee. She has toured with Nick Lowe, Ry Cooder, Pete Yorn and played the Downlaod Festival with Bat for Lashes as well as co-headlined the 2nd annual Manimal Festival in Joshua Tree, CA with Warpaint (band), Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros and Hecuba (band). Juliette's musical partner and percussionist is husband, Joachim Cooder (son of Ry Cooder). Juliette's younger brother is pop singer, songwriter and producer, Robert Francis (musician). She helped sing the female sections in Avenged Sevenfold's song "A Little Piece of Heaven" off their 2007 self-titled album. Her debut album Queens Die Proudly was released in October 2008 on the Aeronaut Records imprint. In early 2010, Juliette signed with Manimal Vinyl to release the 2nd album titled The Procession due in September 2010. The album's debut single "Eats from the Inside" was released in June 2010.

JJ Appleton, born Jon Jason Appleton, is an American musician and singer-songwriter based in New York City who has toured throughout the United States extensively in support of his own records and also with other bands including Jamie Cullum, Newton Faulkner, Pete Yorn, Edwin McCain, Sister Hazel, Joan Osborne, Keb Mo, Hootie and the Blowfish. Appleton has been described by the Washington Post as a songwriter with a "pop-rock sound but with considerably more edgy energy, adding figurative lightning to the stormy night." Previously a member of the popular New York band The Grasshoppers, Appleton released his first solo album 500 Moments in 2003 which lead to appearances on the NBC television show Last Call with Carson Daly, a feature on E!'s Wild On, and a national affiliation with Budweiser's True Music Live program and Gibson Guitars.

Rami Jaffee, born March 11, 1969, in Los Angeles, is best known as the keyboardist of The Wallflowers and work for several bands and artists, including Foo Fighters, Pete Yorn, Soul Asylum, Pearl Jam, Stone Sour, Joseph Arthur and Coheed and Cambria. Jaffee bought his first keyboard at age 13. He soon started to play with various local bands while attending Fairfax High School. During his high school years, he often spent time at Canter's Deli, down the street from his high school on Fairfax Avenue. Canter's Deli, or more specifically, The Kibitz Room (a small bar at the back of the deli), proved to be an important influence in Rami's musical career.

Yorn was encouraged enough to maintain a focus on music while attending Syracuse University (class of 1996) where he was a major in the department of Communication and Rhetorical Studies and a member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity. After graduating, Yorn moved to Los Angeles, where he began to attract a following with his performances at Cafe Largo. Film producer Bradley Thomas (Kingpin & There's Something About Mary) liked Yorn's act enough to request Yorn send him some rough demos for possible inclusion in the Farrelly Brothers' film Me, Myself and Irene. Soon after, Yorn landed a job scoring all of the music to the film and also contributed the songs "Strange Condition" and "Just Another" to the film and its soundtrack. "Just Another" was also featured on the television shows Veronica Mars, Felicity, Dawson's Creek, and Smallville. In addition to appearing on the Me, Myself, and Irene soundtrack, Pete Yorn's recordings have appeared on other movie soundtracks, including Orange County (2001),Bandits (2001), Spider-Man (2002), John Q (2002), Shrek 2 (2004) and My Sister's Keeper (2009).

Yornaning, Western Australia

Yornaning is a small town located in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, on Great Southern Highway, between Pingelly and Narrogin. The name is believed to mean "land of many waters" in the local Noongar Aboriginal language and was first recorded as a place name in a survey of the area in 1869; it was previously spelt "Yornanmunging" or "Yernanunging". In the late 1890s, a siding on the Great Southern Railway called simply "Water Tank" was established here, and the name Yornaning was finally arrived at in 1905 after several renamings. A townsite was gazetted adjacent to the siding in 1907, and maintenance workers for the railway were encouraged to move there. The siding was important as a major water-taking stop for the steam engines passing through - an average of 30 passenger and freight trains passed through per week.
