    Mourad Mazouz is an internationally celebrated restaurateur and art connoisseur. He opened his first bistro, Au Bascou, in Paris aged just 26, followed by Le 404, specialising in North African cuisine.     Pierre Gagnaire is one of the world’s most decorated chefs, having been awarded an astonishing 14 Michelin stars throughout his illustrious career.
