He has a passion for helping people grow stronger in purpose, self-leadership, and everyday life. Phil holds a BBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Drawing on years of leadership experience in both ministry and coaching, he offers a grounded and practical perspective on personal growth, resilience, and legacy.A long-time resident of Willis, Texas, Phil has been married to his wife, Sarah, since 2011. Together, they have four children and two spoiled French bulldogs. When he's not writing or serving others, Phil enjoys working out, reading, sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
