Just Intervention

Analyzes how Islamic tradition and Islamic states understand humanitarian intervention. This title advocates the use of military force for humanitarian purposes in Yugoslavia. It discusses how international organizations may become hamstrung in the ability to use force due to bureaucratic inertia.
