Law Across Borders

This book examines the extraterritorial application of UK public law, examining criminal law and human rights law and then drawing them together in a coherent and systematic way. It suggests ways in which the extraterritorial application of public law could develop and how greater coherence can be brought to the law.

Paul Arnell is a Reader in Law and Postgraduate Director at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland. His area of expertise is the extraterritorial application of law. He has published widely in various publications including the International and Comparative Law Quarterly, the Juridical Review and Nottingham Law Journal.
