    Alan Collinson is managing director of Collinson Systems Limited (CSL), UK. He taught at Hull University for over twenty years. He has been an expert witness at public inquiries into the effects of wind farms on aviation radar systems. He has worked on NATO Industrial Advisory Groups. He is a registered European engineer, a chartered electrical engineer, a fellow of the IET, and was appointed OBE for services to the defence industry in 1999.
