Stephen Punt (born 15 September 1962)[1] is a British writer, comedian and actor. Long established as one of the UK’s best-loved comics, Jo Brand is the star and co-writer of Getting On, the BBC’s BAFTA award-winning series set on a hospital’s geriatric ward, which was partly inspired by her earlier career in nursing. Other television credits include hosting Great British Bake Off: Extra Slice (BBC), Taskmaster (Dave), Have I Got News for You (BBC One), Would I Lie to You (BBC One), Jo Brand’s Hot Potatoes (BBC One) and the award-winning Through the Cakehole (Channel 4). Jo has written several highly acclaimed best-selling books Can’t Stand Up For Sitting Down, Look Back In Hunger, Born Lippy and The More You Ignore Me which was made into a feature film and released in 2018. She also co-wrote and starred in the sitcom Damned on Channel 4.

He was born in 1977, just three weeks after Liverpool’s first European Cup triumph and was incredibly disappointed to have missed the occasion. He is a fan of both Apple and apples, and often enjoys typing on one whilst eating the other. He has an uncontrollable addiction to Salt & Vinegar Pringles, but is seeking help. He is blind and lost his sight gradually due to a condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa, which sounds sexier than it really is. He makes a fairly decent spag bol, but then again who doesn’t. He is terrified of flying in planes, but is weirdly fine with hot air balloons. He is a child of the 90’s grunge scene, but has never been to Seattle. He has never watched a single James Bond film and is absolutely fine with this. His knees crack every time he crouches down and his mouth hangs open whenever he thinks too hard. He therefore tries to do neither of these things. He won Strictly Come Dancing in 2024 His autobiography is available now. Carlo Rovelli is an internationally acclaimed writer whose books, including Seven Brief Lessons on Physics, The Order of Time, Helgoland and White Holes, have been number one bestsellers around the world and translated into over forty languages. As a theoretical physicist, he has made significant contributions to the physics of space and time and he is currently directing the quantum gravity research group of the Centre de physique théorique in Marseille, France.

Frank Skinner performed his first stand-up gig in December 1987, and four years later went on to win the prestigious Perrier Award.
