A cocktail book focused on making cocktails at home: making your own gin, your own infusions, cordials, shrubs and other cocktail ingredients, also how to recreate perhaps slightly simpler, less expensive versions of favourite, on-trend cocktails.
I didn't think I needed another cocktail book, but Helen's warm (and mischievous) voice has persuaded me that there are a lot more easy drinks I could be making using the ingredients I already have in my fridge and cupboards. I can't wait to get stuck into a non-alcoholic strawberry and basil shrub, and might even break out the kummel and try a Silver Bullet.
Homemade Cocktails is
a fresh take on a well-worn subject: a beautiful edit of the modern and the classic cocktail scene that serves u those drinks you might want (and could be bothered) to make at home.
