C. Baskaran is presently serving as the Librarian/Professor in Alagappa University, Karaikudi, India. He successfully completed a Major Research Project has funded by ICSSR, New Delhi and currently also taking up a Major Research Project from same funding agency (ICSSR). He has authored three books in Library and Information Science. He is a research guide in the Dept. of Library and Information Science, Alagappa University and he guided and awarded eight Ph.D scholars and eight Scholars pursuing Ph.D under his guidance. He has published more than 100 articles to his credit. He was an adjudicator and examiner for Viva-voce exams of Many Ph.D in several Universities. Moreover, he is an editor of a Journal and Editorial advisory board member for journals of Library and Information Science. He visited and Presented papers at International Conferences in Malaysia and Greece. He has been holding charge additionally SWAYAM /MOOCs Co-ordinator of the University. He is a recipient of EET-Award of Research Excellence-2019. |Dhanavandan S - Editor| is working as Deputy Librarian at Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur-610005 from 2017 onwards, Before joining in CUTN, he served as Assistant Librarian at ‘The Gandhigram Rural Institute – Deemed to be University’, Gandhigram. He is having more than twenty three years in the LIS profession. Six Ph.D degrees were awarded under his guidance. He has published more than 140 articles in National and International Journals and more than 175 papers presented and published in National and International Conferences. He authored/edited more than 35 books in Library and Information Science and contributed 65 Chapters in edited books. He has attended more than 50 Seminars/Workshops, Webniars and training programmes. Three times he has received Cash Award (more than One Lakh) for the best articles from Konkuk University, South Korea. He served as Chairperson and Resource Person in many workshops, conferences and also organized fifteen workshops and conferences.
