He is also Director of the International Joint Laboratory for Functional Textile Material. Prof. Wei’s research interests include functional nanofiber materials, energy storage materials, wearable devices, and their applications. The related research results have been published in 420 papers in international journals, and he has also applied for 25 invention patents with the Chinese national intellectual property administration. Prof. Fenglin Huang is a full professor at Jiangnan University's School of Textile Science and Engineering, in China. He received his PhD in 2008, and later worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Jiangnan University Department of Light Industry Technology and Engineering and as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Davis, US. He is currently the Deputy Dean of Jiangnan University's School of Textile Science and Engineering. Prof. Huang’s areas of interest in research include flexible battery materials, high performance fiber materials, and applications of these materials in energy separators. He has published 140 papers containing the relevant research findings, and has been granted over 20 Chinese national invention patents. Dr. Pengfei Lv is a full University Research Fellow at the School of Textile Science and Engineering at Jiangnan University, China. He earned his PhD degree in Textile Engineering from Jiangnan University under the supervision of Prof. Qufu Wei in 2019. Prior to joining Jiangnan University, he worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with Prof. Ling Wang and Prof. Wei Feng at the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Tianjin University. Dr. Lv’s research focuses on the design, synthesis and properties of functional nanofibers and their applications in diverse fields ranging from biosensors, energy storage, biomedical systems to soft robotics and adaptive thermal management.
