Lindsey Elizabeth Day lives near the South Coast of England. Her spiritual life began opening up after she was taught how to meditate at the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi School of Transcendental Meditation in Kent over 25 years ago. Many wondrous experiences of The Divine have ensued. In addition, an Interfaith Minister instructed her in other methods of meditation. One of which resulted in attunement to The Holy Language of The Light and Lindsey receives communications through this language every morning while she is meditating. It was just before being attuned to Reiki that Lindsey had the first visitation, in this lifetime, of the Messenger of the Gods, Thoth/Hermes/Mercury. She had felt compelled to copy an illustration that was in a book that she was reading about Reiki. It was of a meditational aid called, the Antahkarana, and when she had completed the drawing, Thoth appeared in his guise as Mercury. It is a common occurrence for Great Teachers to appear, during meditation, in connection with the Religion/Spiritual Traditions that have been followed in past lives or in this lifetime and Lindsey is passionate about making people aware of how to obtain knowledge from them. Apart from, Atlantis: As Below So Above, A Spiritual Odyssey, she has written three other books that contain knowledge that she has received during meditation.
